FMD Service Joint Stock Company (FMD Event, "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use fmdmedia.vn, why we use it, how long we keep it and what rights you have.

2. Information we collect

When you send the contact or quote request form:

• Your name, phone number, email and company name.
• Event details: event type, expected date and your request.
• How you heard about FMD (if you choose to tell us).

When you browse the website: technical information such as device type, browser, pages viewed and time of visit. This is collected through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager cookies as statistics and is not used to identify individuals.

We do not collect payment details, ID numbers or sensitive personal data through the website.

3. How we use it

• To contact you, advise you and send the quote you requested.
• To prepare and perform a service contract if both sides agree to work together.
• To measure website traffic and improve the website.

We do not use your information for any other purpose without your consent.

4. Legal basis

Information sent through the form is only processed after you tick the consent box. The statistics described in section 2 are collected through cookies when you browse the website; you can turn cookies off as described in section 9. You can withdraw your consent at any time as described in section 7.

5. How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept for up to 24 months after your last contact. If you sign a contract with FMD, the information is kept for the period required by law for contract and accounting records. After that, we delete or anonymise it.

6. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. It is only shared with:

• Our website platform (Sapo) and analytics provider (Google), to the extent needed to run the website.
• Google reCAPTCHA, to protect the form from spam.
• Zalo and Facebook Messenger, when you choose to message us through these buttons.
• Competent state authorities when required by law.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Know how your information is processed.
• Give or withdraw consent.
• Access, correct or delete your information.
• Restrict or object to processing.
• Make a complaint as provided by law.

8. Security

The website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. Only FMD staff responsible for consultations can see the information you send through the form.

9. Cookies

10. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, we update this page and show the date of the update at the top.
